As an approved contractor for the North West Consortium of NHS Trusts, CPL can deliver a range of projects over the North West landing under the NHS umbrella. Projects can vary from small works direct for an estates department to contractor led multimillion pound developments. CPL also provide services to privately run organisations such as care homes, rehabilitation centre and privately run hospitals.
As an approved mechanical subcontractor for various local authorities such as Lancashire County Council, Wigan Borough Council & Bolton Council, CPL are able to promote their strong partnering ethos to assist with the successful completion of many partnering projects. Acting as a partner to several main contractors CPL are able to interact with the client from an early stage to ensure a positive, realistic and sustainable project is delivered within budget and programme.
CPL also benefit from a strategic framework with both Lancashire County Council & Cheshire and Cheshire West Council with whom they are tasked with delivering multiple projects acting both direct for the council as the main contractor and as a preferred partner via other partnering schemes.

Utilising BIM & CAD software CPL are able to provide clients with a full design and build service. Taking schemes from initial planning to project completion CPL can offer an in house design solution providing clients with a knowledgeable and direct solution to all mechanical requirements. Working directly with the client, architect and structural engineers, CPL are able to eliminate any potential problems at an early stage and provide clients with a cost effective, fit for purpose solution.
Applying valuable experience gained whilst replacing over 50 plantrooms via their strategic framework agreements, CPL have a dedicated team specialising in replacing plantrooms and heating systems, they are able to provide a direct service to clients wishing to upgrade their plantroom & distribution systems. Working direct for the end user CPL are able to take on projects entailing the replacement of all plant & distribution services throughout buildings along with all the associated builderswork, electrical works, ground works and any potential asbestos works.
