CPL Heating & Plumbing was founded in 1984 with a simple mission: to deliver quality mechanical engineering services people could rely on.
What began as a small, hands-on business has grown into a respected building services provider trusted across the North West for our expertise, consistency and integrity.

We undertake a full spectrum of industrial, commercial and domestic building services across the North West. With dedicated estimating, project administration and installation teams – supported by a robust supply chain – we deliver projects safely, efficiently and to specification.
Heating & Ventilation Systems
Design, installation and maintenance of commercial heating, boiler plant rooms, warm air systems, air handling units and ventilation systems.
Domestic Water & Public Health
Hot and cold water services, sanitation, pipework, pumps, cylinders and full domestic water system installations.
Renewable & Low-Carbon Solutions
Through our partner Halsall Heating, we offer MCS-accredited renewable solutions including heat pumps, solar thermal and full Green Deal support – from assessment to completion.
Specialist Services
Using our established supply chain, we deliver air conditioning, BMS controls, insulation, medical gases, electrical installations and other specialist mechanical services where required.
Design, Fabrication & Project Management
Our in-house design capability and fully equipped fabrication facility allow us to maximise the benefits of off-site fabrication and deliver tighter programme control.
